The MindMi™ System was introduced to the HR Innovation Conference

On the 3rd of November the Psychometric Systems team was present at the HR Innovation Conference, in Bucharest, where they introduced the MindMi™ System to HR specialists and managers.

Under the motto ”Be the Arhitect of your Future”, this conference’s purpose was to gather in the same place a large number of HR specialists, in order to discuss and discover the newest solutions and innovations in human recruiting processes. Over 400 HR specialists participated to this edition.

The Psychometric Systems team caught the public’s attention through the innovation of the MindMi™ System. All the participants had the chance to discuss with the Psychometric Systems team members at the MindMi™ System exhibition stand.

More than 50 persons have tested the MindMi™ System and even more were curious about the benefits of using this solution. Among the most important technical details of this instrument is the fact that it provides objective psychological data and the psychological assessment process is done in just five minutes.

HR Innovation Conference 2016 was a suitable occasion to introduce the MindMi™ System to psychologists and HR specialists as an objective, non-invasive and fast solution for generating a psychological assessment profile. All the persons who tested this system have benefited the fast generating psychological assessment reports provided by the MindMi™ System.
